In Support of Children with Disabilities at Loma Vista Elementary and Chico & Pleasant Valley High Schooi and providing a Scholarship for Chico State students in Special Education related fields.

    The Halloween Hustle is a Special Event of the Jesse Kohen Memorial Scholarship Fund / North Valley Community Foundation.
